When logging in to e-teller after MEA business hours, weekends and holidays, you’ll want to avoid getting “locked out” when there’s no one available to reset your password. Remember, you have only three attempts at keying in the correct password before the Security System locks you out! So if you’ve put in a password unsuccessfully twice, click on “FORGOT PASSWORD” and a verification code will be automatically emailed to you. For your account security, make sure that only you will have access to your e-mail until you have completed this process. Once you receive the verification code, you must highlight it and right click on it to copy and paste it into the box in your browser. When this step is completed you will then be emailed a temporary password. This temporary password must also be copied and pasted into your browser to log into e-Teller, you can then change your password to whatever you wish—or can easily remember. |
